My son-in-law got me watching Doomsday Preppers. I have always tried to prepare ahead for unknown situations.
Watching doomsday preppers has made me more aware of how important it is to be prepared. I have never prepared like this before. I am new to this, soaking up every bit of information i can get my hands on. I do feel as part of my responsibility of taking care of my family, preparing is an important part. We are currently working on putting in a cellar as we have no where to store any extra food, i have already started stocking up on a few items.
I help teach young girls at our church from ages 10 to 18, and have started teaching them how important it is to prepare.

I was told about the Doomsday preppers show and had to down load it to watch as it hasn't been shown here in Australia as yet.
Was reading about the WW2 in the UK it was not allowed to stockpile
It has given us lots of good ideas we as a family of 5 adults and 2 children will be using for our own use
