100 Days of Prepping Update

I’ve been having a little bit of trouble uploading the videos to YouTube all day today, so be patient. We have 2 days worth of videos to post for y’all.

Otherwise we’ve been doing a great job in keeping up with the 100 Days of Prepping commitment. We’ll be posting the live webinar schedule soon as well and you’ll be given the option to register for whichever ones you’d like.

Needless to say, lots going on for you with lots and lots of cool things in store that I hope you’ll enjoy.

Thanks for your patience!!!

  1. A big Thank you to you for helping us out!! I truly have learned so much from your blog!! Thank you, can’t wait for the videos!!

  2. You are doing a great job!! Pace yourself I don’t
want you to get physically down and sick.

  3. I watched your video on you tube showing vacuum sealing in jars. Although I have done it many times I did not know that chocolate chips and other ingredients would keep for as long as 10 years! That was wonderful to learn. It’s so easy to preserve that way and it’s wonderful to open something and find it as fresh as when you put it in the jar!

  4. The big eye says:

What is the best multivitamin. My concern is absorption into the system. Most are a waste of good money as they go right through you with little benefit to the taker. Gelcaps seem to be better than pills, and liquids better than gelcaps, but then they taste like crap. Any suggestions? Scrape my taste buds off, mix the liquid with something yummy?

    • Food that contains proper nutrients so that you can ABSORB them is the best way to get your daily nutrients. Colloidal format is the best way to ensure nutrient absorption. The majority of vitamins sold on the market today are synthetics. Your body knows the difference between a synthetic and the real thing. I use Masaji as it’s got the highest orac value of anything on the market plus it has the additional of frankincense and rose essential oil which oxygenate the blood cells not to mention does everything else that I need it to do. It contains spirulina (which is so dense in nutrients you could live off of it exclusively) and two kinds of phytoplankton. I keep looking at the regular stores and online and at every juice company of the month out there and haven’t found anything better for less. (Disclaimer: It’s sold via Be Young Essential Oils and of course I enrolled as a Sharing Partner since that was free and it gave me wholesale pricing instead of retail pricing.)
